Remember to have “me” time. You may need to schedule a day off each week or set aside an hour for yourself every day to make sure this happens. Turn off your computer and cell phone, and make sure you enjoy time to yourself. Free your mind, and don’t feel guilty about needing your space.

Although we keep our nails done with acrylics or gel, we need to take the time to strengthen and fortify them with nutrients for at least 5 minutes.

The skin on our hands is very fragile scientifically; this is due to the poor quality of the network of sebaceous glands, making them dry out more easily. Plus, we often expose them to detergents and other cleaning products as well as weather variations and harmful sun rays without adequate protection. These factors accelerate the dehydration of our hands and the premature aging of the skin. For those of you always on the go, we introduce a version of the Express Services.

How many hand treatments will I need to see results?

A series of 6 treatments with a two-week interval between each treatment is recommended. After each treatment, there should be a noticeable improvement in the appearance of your hands. To maintain the results of the hand treatments, twice a month is recommended.

Pedicures for Diabetics

For those with diabetes, it's very important you tell your nail technician that you are diabetic so the tech would be extra careful with the implements so as to not cut the client (diabetics sometimes have trouble clotting and healing after a cut or bruise.)
