Services Policies

An appointment for service and scheduled consultation are required to discuss if you would like GA LA CAR to provide the service or the service and hair. We recommend that you come in. Telephone and email consultations are acceptable but not recommended.

*You must bring in your own hair (BYOH) unless prearrangements have been made. Hair is not included with the service. If you want GA LA - CAR to provide hair for your service, we must have a consultation to discuss your style, hair color, texture, and length. Prices may vary depending on the density & condition of your natural hair or desired style.

A FULL PAYMENT must be received first before ordering hair for your service. It will include the full price of the hair, shipping, and/or traveling fees. You may use Zelle, Cash App, and our PayPal service to make a payment. A disclaimer releasing GALACAR from the responsibility of the hair purchased must be signed at the end of the transaction. GA LA CAR is receiving payment for the hair purchase.

A hair extension services discount is given with the purchase of the hair we offer.

A 50% deposit is required to book a hair weaving, hair extensions, or hair braiding appointment. (3 hours or more). The balance must be paid in full upon completion of service. No checks accepted. There are no Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges for any products or services. Prices may vary depending on the density & condition of the hair. Hair Not Included

An appointment must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time (if your appointment is for 6 pm, you must call by 6 pm on the day before). WE WILL NOT CALL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled. No refund.

Relaxing, bleaching knots, and plucking hair are separate services. Price varies depending on the size of the area being bleached.

In addition, you must sign a disclaimer releasing GALACAR from the responsibility of the hair purchased and hair services performed after telephone or email consultations.
