- Consultation appointment set 2 weeks in advance
- RSVP 2 weeks in advance.
- Saturday 12 pm to 5 pm (9-10 am start appointment only)
- Fabulous Friday 4 pm - 8 pm
- The special rate expires monthly.
- Payment required 3 weeks in advance

- Cancellation 2 weeks in advance (failure to cancel: fee $50.)
- Refreshments: Deposit required
