Return Policies are

We
are required by law to collect all sales taxes based on where your order is
being shipped or delivered. When you review your order total during the checkout
process, you'll see the amount of sales tax that will be charged to your credit
card to reflect the applicable state and local taxes.
We
offer shipping to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We also ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO addresses for no
additional cost. (Sorry, no international orders.)

purchases can be brought or mailed to GA LA – CAR Beauty & Styles,
Downtown, Jacksonville, Fl Store only. Please note that items purchased at a GA
LA – CAR Beauty & Styles StoreS may not be returned to GA LA – CAR.com
To
make returns to our online store:
- Place
the merchandise with the return slip into a return package.
- Fill
out the return slip that was included with your original order. The return
slip is the middle section of the packing slip. Simply tear along the
perforation and indicate which item(s) you are returning.
- Peel
off the preaddressed shipping label and place it on the outside of the box.
Place the completed return slip in the box with the merchandise to be
returned. Mail your return to:

- Because
we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we
recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
- Your
return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Sorry, postage and insurance costs as well as your original shipping and
handling charges are nonrefundable.
- You
will receive an e-mail notifying you that the return has been credited to
your account. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the
credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

- Simply
take in the online purchased merchandise along with the packing slip and the
credit card used in order to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that
shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

A: If you are not completely satisfied with a galacar.com purchase or gift
for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Note that this refund will
include the duties and taxes that were initially paid at checkout, but will not
include the cost of shipping. Our customer care center will assist you with your
return. Please follow the instructions below:
- Send
us an e-mail by
clicking galacar@galacar.com. In your e-mail, you must include your
GA LA – CAR.COM order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to
return and the reason for the return.
- Based
on the item(s) being returned, we will e-mail you the exact value of your
credit, the shipping address of our returns processing center, and your
return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You will be credited for the
product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees
for customs and brokerage, if applicable.
- Fill
out the packing slip that was placed in your original order. If you do not
have your packing slip, you can reprint it. The bottom of the page will
prompt you to print your return slip.
- Please
help us improve our service by telling us why you are not satisfied with
your purchase. Write the return reason code in the boxes provided.

- In
the field indicated on your return slip, write in the RMA # assigned to you
in your e-mail.
- Insert
your items and your completed return slip in the original shipment
packaging. Clearly mark the outside of the package with your RMA and the
shipping address of our returns processing center, provided to you in your
e-mail.
- Take
your package to any carrier. Because we cannot assume responsibility for
packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package
for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
- Once
received at our returns facility in Florida, your return will be credited to
the credit card used at the time of purchase. This typically takes 10 to 15
business days. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit
to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles
for your refund to appear.

You may pay for your online purchases with you’re with any of the following
major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Sorry,
checks are not accepted at our online store.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive two e-mails, order
confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately after your order has been placed.
Once your order ships from our facility in the U.S., you will receive a shipping
confirmation e-mail. It will
include a shipping ID allowing you to track your order.
