Bridal Service Policies

Service Policies.  During the summer weekend dates are always in short supply, we recommend you book your wedding services as soon as possible.  Please note that wedding party prices are per person, per service. Your wedding date is considered to be booked and secured only with a signed contract and deposit.  Dates are booked on a first come, first served basis not by any verbal agreement either expressed or implied.  

Financing. Bridal Rehearsal and Prep Services fees are required at the time of service.  If the rehearsal or prep serviced are included in a package you have chosen, then those services fees will be deducted from the package.  A 50% cash, check or money order  deposit for the package balance and for all services rendered on or for the day of the wedding will be collected upon signing your contract.  Deposit  is non refundable .  The credit card, cash, check or money order balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.  

Offsite Travel Fees.  For those who need us to travel to their location, please schedule wedding services at least 2 weeks in advance. Travel fees are in addition to our regular services costs.  All on-location services must be prepaid.

Cancellation or No Show. Written cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance. There will be a $50 cancellation fee applied.  In the event of a NO-Show (no phone call) the credit card will be charged for the services that were to be performed.
