Breach of Agreement
Installment changes must be authorized

the right to add a 10% late fee for
each unauthorized late installment.

has 3 recorded attempts to contact you in regards
to your line of Credit Account,
GA LA - CAR Beauty & Styles
has
the right to
refer your account to a Collection Agency
Cancellation of Credit Line:
Open cancellation policy.
In the event of a
credit line cancellation
and a
return of merchandise is made by the
buyer prior to the
receipt of the final
payment, GA LA -
CAR Beauty & Styles
reserves the right to keep
40% of the amount already
paid.
Refunds will be issued
within 48 hours
Default of Credit Line:
In the event that the final
payment
is not received within 7 weeks
after the due date,
a 20% late fee will be added and No
