Payment Plan:

Layaways Minimum 50%. or more plus shipping included (if it applies)

Flexible 30 - 45 day plans available

Payment scheduled on an Individual Basis

Layaway Payment schedule agreement must be signed with first payment. 

Consent of the payment agreement must be signed in-store or must be provided by a GA LA - CAR Rep

Make payments as little as $25. in the store or online

First payment of 50% down will be due in 3 days from placing a HOLD on item(s)

GA LA CAR Beauty & Styles and Online reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

As a courtesy, we will contact you approximately one week before the end of the layaway period and notify you that your layaway is about to expire.


 Cancellation of Layaway:

 ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON LAYAWAY ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Credit Only.

Requests to delete an item(s) are also subject to the above 40% re-stocking fee... since many items are One of a Kind
 

Changes:

The size or/and color of the item(s) cannot be changed after the layaway is established.  

No Replacing New/Differnt item(s) with already existing Layaway Item(s)  after the layaway is established.


You cannot change the item ordered, or the size and color of the item after the layaway is established.  

Default of Layaway:

If final payment is not made within two weeks of the stipulated due date....unless otherwise arranged for in advance - 40% re-stocking fee will apply as well

Returned Checks

We will deposit checks on the date (s) requested by you.

There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.

There will be 3 recorded attempts to notify you of a returned check

Worthless checks will be turned over to the State Attorney's Office

Special Orders

ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON LAYAWAY ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  CREDIT ONLY.

Items ordered cannot be changed.  The item(s) ordered, or the size or/and color of the item after the layaway is established.  

Returns or refunds are available at the discretion of GA LA - CAR Beauty & Styles  Discretion Based on Size Ordered verse Received

Initial payment of at least 50% of Online purchase price is required to put an item on layaway (plus shipping) .
 

All payments and shipping costs must be received before or on the 45th day of the layaway or you will lose payments made towards the item.

Specials:

Any specials or discounts available at the time of the initial payment will be applied, however subsequent specials or discounts that occur during the layaway period are not applicable.

Returns:

We deserve the right to deny request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
