^{Choose It} and Loose It & Save...on a Spring Suit

I invite ladies who have Diabetes, High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure to participate in our Choose and Loose It Challenge.  Its hard to loose weight alone.  I have to loose weight because I am a diabetic and I've since obtained high cholesterol.  When I discovered I had high cholesterol, my bad cholesterol was over 700.  It was so high that they couldn't even see my good cholesterol.  I've gotten it lower with medicine and a change of diet.

Try adding at least 30 - 35 grams of fiber to your diet. I did and it worked.
