Our website was designed
with working mothers in mind. We offer Selective Suit Savings and ways to earn
Effortless Earnings. As a loyal and price conscious customer, you deserve
selective specials. There are no fees to join, but you must register so
that you can earn points immediately. These points can be applied towards
your following purchases. You earn points for every dollar you spend.
If you become a frequent buyer you will be able to take advantage of more
savings on suits that are not offered on our website. Email or call in the
Catalog name, style number, size and quantity. Point
system coming soon...
Place an order on August 8th with a merchandise total of
$100.00. You will have a Cash Back Rewards total of 10 points (equivalent to
$10.00 – each point has the value of $1.00) for this order if you place another
order by September 8th. You can use this $10.00 against the new order or you can
“let it ride”, in which case those points will be added to the points of your
new order (for example if the merchandise total of the new order is $35.00 you
will have a total of 13.5 points if you choose not to redeem the first order’s
points). You can redeem your points whenever you choose to do so under the
Frequent Buyer Program – but remember, all points will expire 3 months from the
date of your last purchase.

for 30 days, to allow time for returns. After 30 days, that set of points will
become active and redeemable.

No. Frequent Buyer points will only be assigned to the email and password
entered during checkout and points cannot be combined or transferred between two
accounts. Be sure you enter your correct email address at purchase or your
points will be split among multiple accounts.
We encourage you to create and maintain only one account with Handango and use
the same email for all purchases. If your email address changes, you have the
ability to change the email address associated with your account through your My
Profile page.
Like most frequent buyer programs, points cannot be earned retroactively for
purchases made prior to creating an account.
Rules & Regulations
- Only purchases made after the official start date of
Handango's Frequent Buyer Program (May 17, 2002) will be
eligible to earn frequent buyer points.
- Frequent Buyer points can only
- be earned on software purchases
bought through Handango's Web site at
www.handango.com. Other products,
including hardware and accessories, do
not qualify for points. Purchases on
other Web sites powered by Handango do
not qualify for points (although they
may still show up in your Order
History).
- For every dollar you spend with
Handango, after any discounts and before
tax and/or shipping, you will earn 10
points. After a purchase is made and
points are earned, they will be shown as
"pending points" that cannot be redeemed
yet. They will be "pending" for 30 days
from purchase to allow for software
returns.
- Returned and/or refunded software
that originally earned points will be
deducted from your frequent buyer
points. When a reward is redeemed, the
points associated with that reward will
be subtracted from the total points
(except for the Bronze Level award at
1000 points, which is a monthly email
sent to those opted in for frequent
buyer emails).
- Enrollment and purchases are tracked
by the Member's email address. Our
policy states that frequent buyer points
can only be assigned to the email and
password entered during checkout and
points cannot be combined or transferred
between two accounts. Be sure you
enter your correct email address at
purchase!
- Points shown in the Member's account
will be the official number.
- Users must redeem their rewards
through their account page. Log in, and
click on the Redeem Frequent Buyer
Rewards link.
- This program is intended to reward
individual customers. Corporate
purchases and companies are not allowed
to redeem frequent buyer points.
- Handango customers must create and
maintain a Member Account with Handango
(using their email address and a
password) to redeem Frequent Buyer
rewards. Everyone who purchases at
Handango's Web site is eligible for the
Frequent Buyer Program, but only those
who have created an account with a
password can access their points and
redeem rewards. Points cannot be applied
retroactively to purchases made before
the account was created.
- Members have the option to sign up
for occasional emails about the Program.
These emails are used to notify you when
you've qualified for a reward level, as
well as to send you occasional special
discounts related to the Frequent Buyer
Program. You may choose to opt out of
receiving these emails and still be
eligible to redeem your rewards by
logging into your Member Account. You
can opt in/opt out of receiving these
emails through your account under the
My Profile link.
- Handango will make reasonable
efforts to count all qualifying
purchases towards the program, but we
are not responsible for any technical
errors that may occur.
- Handango reserves the right to
modify or cancel the Frequent Buyer
Program at any time for any reason. Any
un-redeemed rewards will be forfeited.
